To maintain fairness and transparency, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery, as it will be required in case of any damage or missing item claims.

Certain items such as sale products, customized pieces, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return or refund. In such cases, the product page will clearly mention the same.

Once your return request is approved and the product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
