- If the product is damaged or you face a size problem, email us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Please include details and a clear picture of the issue.

2. Wait for confirmation

- Once we confirm over email, you can send the product back to our mailing address.

3. Replacement or Refund

- After receiving the product, we will either send you a replacement or refund the product cost.
- A Rs.250 shipping charge will apply if we send a replacement.

Our products are made using natural dyes and traditional hand-printing techniques, which makes each piece unique. Natural colours may bleed slightly during the first few washes, rub off on the skin, or transfer onto light-coloured garments, and they can also be affected by perspiration. Since every item is hand block-printed, embroidered, and stitched, small variations are natural and are considered the hallmark of genuine handmade work. Traditional crafts like Natural Silk, Ajrakh, Dabu, Kalamkari, and Indigo printing use natural colours, adding to their authenticity and charm.
