- If the product is damaged or you face a size problem, email us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Please include details and a clear picture of the issue.

2. Wait for confirmation

- Once we confirm over email, you can send the product back to our mailing address.

3. Replacement or Refund

- After receiving the product, we will either send you a replacement or refund the product cost.
- A Rs.250 shipping charge will apply if we send a replacement.

Our products are made using natural dyes and traditional hand-printing techniques, which makes each piece unique.
